INGREDIENTS

TMZ Farm All Natural Buffalo Roast

DIRECTIONS
Prepare Roast by rubbing the outside with your favorite blend of seasoned pepper, garlic and other seasonings. Then, using a large frying pan with one tablespoon of olive oil, sear the seasonings to seal in the flavor.
Next, prepare rectangle baking pan or crock pot by spraying with non-stick spray and a small onion sliced on the bottom of the pan. Put the roast in the rectangle pan and add baby carrots.
Add about 1 cup of water and a can of tomato paste and pour it on. You can also use a brown gravy/sauce if you prefer.

COOKING

Cover with foil and put in the oven at 300 (use a meat thermometer and make sure meat reaches 140-145 degrees) or you can put it in the crock pot and cook all day on low.
Baste the roast occasionally.
Serve with potatoes and carrots
